Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NS Software Solutions Internship Portal ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including students, visitors, and administrators.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Internship programs are offered for durations of 1, 2, or 3 months.
• Program content, problem statements, and deliverables are defined by NS Software Solutionsand may be updated at our discretion.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Pending enrollments without payment will not be activated.
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all milestones and admin approval of the final submission.
• NS Software Solutions reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraudulent activity, plagiarism, or misrepresentation is discovered.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
• Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided no milestones have been submitted. After 7 days or after any milestone submission, no refunds will be issued.
• Cancellation of enrollment after payment forfeits the enrollment fee unless a refund is approved under the above policy.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates.

You agree not to:

• Submit plagiarised, AI-generated (without disclosure), or fraudulent work
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate milestone progress or certificate issuance
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any certificates or refunds.

All content on the Platform — including course materials, problem statements, learning resources, and certificates — is the intellectual property of NS Software Solutionsand is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You retain ownership of the project work you submit. By submitting, you grantNS Software Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your work for internal evaluation and, with your consent, for promotional purposes.

• Certificates issued by NS Software Solutions are for educational and portfolio purposes. They do not constitute professional qualifications or employment guarantees.
• NS Software Solutions makes no representations regarding the recognition of certificates by third-party employers or institutions.
• Certificates may be revoked at any time if the underlying work is found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NS Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
