Enrollment & Getting Started

How do I enroll in an internship?

Create an account, browse available internship domains at /internships, select your preferred duration (1, 2, or 3 months), and complete payment via Razorpay. Your enrollment is activated immediately after successful payment.

Can I enroll in multiple internships at the same time?

No. Only one active internship enrollment is allowed at a time. You can enroll in a new program after completing or cancelling your current one.

What happens after I enroll?

Your internship starts immediately. Milestones are automatically created based on your chosen duration. You can access your learning resources, problem statement, and milestone tracker from your dashboard.

Can I change my internship domain or duration after enrolling?

No. Domain and duration cannot be changed after enrollment. Please contact us before enrolling if you have questions about which program suits you.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your card or bank details on our servers.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided no milestones have been submitted. After 7 days or after any milestone submission, refunds are not issued. To request a refund, email us at info.nssoftwaresolutions@gmail.com.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated after payment and is available for download from your dashboard under My Invoices.

How do coupon codes work?

Enter a valid coupon code on the enrollment page before payment. Discounts are applied instantly. Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be combined, and are subject to expiry dates and usage limits.

Milestones & Submissions

What are milestones?

Milestones are weekly progress checkpoints. For a 1-month internship: 4 milestones (3 weekly + 1 major). For 2 months: 8 milestones. For 3 months: 12 milestones. Each must be submitted and reviewed before the next unlocks.

How do I submit a milestone?

Go to your dashboard → My Internship → View Details. Expand the active milestone, write your submission notes (minimum 10 characters describing your progress), and click Submit Milestone.

What happens if I miss a deadline?

Deadlines are informational. You can still submit a milestone after its deadline as long as it is sequentially unlocked. However, timely submissions are strongly encouraged.

What if my milestone is rejected?

If an admin rejects your milestone, you will see the rejection reason in your dashboard. You can address the feedback and resubmit directly from the same milestone card.

How is my progress percentage calculated?

Progress = (number of reviewed milestones ÷ total milestones) × 100. Rejected or pending milestones do not count toward progress.

Certificates

When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are issued after all milestones are reviewed and an admin approves your final submission. This typically takes 5–7 business days after your final submission.

How do I download my certificate?

Go to your dashboard → My Certificates. You can preview and download both your Offer Letter and Completion Certificate from there.

Can employers verify my certificate?

Yes. Every certificate has a unique ID (e.g., INT-2026-0001). Anyone can verify it at /verify by entering the certificate ID — no login required.

Can a certificate be revoked?

Yes. NS Software Solutions reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraudulent activity, plagiarism, or misrepresentation is discovered after issuance.

What is an Offer Letter?

An Offer Letter is issued at the start of your internship confirming your enrollment. It is available immediately after enrollment from the My Certificates tab.

Technical & Account

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a password reset link.

Can I update my profile information?

Yes. Go to your dashboard → My Profile. You can update your name, phone number, and college. Email and role cannot be changed.

Why can't I see my learning resources?

Learning resources are added by your mentor and may not be available immediately. Check back after your enrollment is confirmed. If resources are missing after a few days, contact support.

The platform is showing a maintenance message. What should I do?

The platform may be temporarily under maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes. For urgent issues, contact us at info.nssoftwaresolutions@gmail.com.

Is this a paid internship?

No. This is a training internship program where you pay a program fee to access structured learning, mentorship, and a verifiable certificate. It is not an employment arrangement.

Will this internship help me get a job?

Our programs are designed to give you practical, project-based experience and a verifiable certificate for your portfolio. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
